Women’s Health Foundation focuses on community outreach activities for the prevention of women’s Health challenges through education, sensitization and awareness creation for early detection and referral for timely treatment, mainly targeting the underprivileged populations. The main objective is to spread awareness about the causes, risk factors and precautions.

To promote active and healthy older menopausal life through physical exercises and mind thrilling activities like motivational talks
To maintain older women’s capacity to participate in community life and remain independent
To promote opportunities for menopausal women in meaningful activities and ongoing personal development.
To facilitate pathways and future planning for older life for women.
To increase knowledge and awareness of menopausal women of the challenges before them and how they can cope for improved lifestyles.
